Sales Support - IT Managed Services - Leeds Up to £30,000 salary, depending on experience * Leeds-based with hybrid working

* Sales support and sales administration focus within a technology environment
Company: Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Sales Support professional to join a growing technology services organisation. This role supports the Sales and Marketing function, working closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
Role: You will provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining CRM data, and supporting sales reporting and forecasting. The role also includes assisting with marketing activities, customer communications, and event coordination.
You will liaise with internal teams including finance, operations, and technical colleagues to ensure accurate order processing and a high standard of customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
Skills: * Experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role
* Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar)
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service mindset
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience supporting marketing activities or working within a B2B or technology environment is desirable.
