Job Mission:
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue objectives for our prestigious properties. Your role will involve developing local corporate accounts, forging strong partnerships, and uncovering new business opportunities while upholding the integrity and professionalism of our brand.
Your Responsibilities:
*Sales Engagement: Secure a minimum number of weekly sales appointments through various methods such as office visits, site visits, virtual meetings, and familiarisation trips.
*Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
*Account Development: Proactively manage corporate accounts, driving sales and exploring new opportunities.
*Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate rates that align with our strategic objectives, focusing on securing high-value business.
*Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse sales performance, devising and implementing responsive strategies.
*Event Support: Assist in managing events and groups by preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and handling follow-ups and contracts.
*Marketing Initiatives: Participate actively in sales blitzes, roadshows, presentations, and promotional activities.
*Account Management: Develop and manage Account Development Plans under the guidance of the Sales Director.
*Brand Representation: Positively represent our brand, enhancing its reputation and presence in the market.
What We Are Looking For:
*Experience: Prior experience in hotel sales or a commercial role within hospitality is preferred.
*Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
*Mindset: A proactive and results-driven approach with a strong passion for sales.
*Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities.
*Presence: Confidence in presenting, networking, and engaging clients.
