About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lighting Controls Sales Engineer to join a growing lighting controls and energy solutions business.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has an interest in lighting controls, intelligent buildings, and energy-efficient technologies. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting sales activities through technical assistance, quotations, and customer engagement - while receiving structured training and development to build both technical and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities * Support customers and consultants with lighting controls enquiries
* Assist with project quotations and basic system designs
* Attend customer and consultant meetings (independently or with senior colleagues)
* Help prepare technical presentations and CPD materials
* Support the handover process from sales to project delivery
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Travel nationally as required
Skills & Experience * Basic understanding of lighting controls (DALI knowledge preferred)
* Exposure to lighting, electrical, BMS, or building services environments
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Willingness to learn and develop technical and commercial skills
* Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence preferred
