Job Overview: Driver
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (full-time, permanent)
Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm (with movement/ early finished depending on projects)
Location: Mitcham location
The Role
We’re looking for a practical, reliable and hands-on Driver (Set up / Collection) professional to join our growing team. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, using their hands, and Installing setting up furniture.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver and install furniture and styling items at client properties
*Support property staging setups, hanging artwork, mirrors and styling pieces
*Use practical tools confidently (drills, screwdrivers, spanners, etc.)
*Problem-solve on-site (access issues, layouts, fragile items, etc.)
*Work closely with design and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well, stays calm under pressure, uses their initiative, and enjoys hands-on, physical work and driving!
You’ll bring:
*A Full, Manual UK Licence
*A proactive, "get-stuck-in" attitude
*Confidence using tools and basic DIY equipment
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Attention to detail when managing furniture and décor
*Reliability, adaptability and a positive problem-solving mindset
Bonus experience (not essential):
*Furniture removal, trades, labouring or warehouse experience
*Previous delivery or van-driving experience
