Customer Service Coordinator
*Location: Lichfield
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
*Salary: £28,000 per annum
*Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
*Hybrid Working: Potential for hybrid working after training

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our friendly, high-performing team in a well-established, market-leading organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for customers, franchise partners, and internal teams, providing excellent service and keeping operations running smoothly.
*Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring a prompt and helpful response.
*Manage customer and partner orders; coordinate delivery updates and resolve queries.
*Log, manage, and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
*Provide accurate technical, product, and service information.
*Work closely with field teams, regional managers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
*Support national account activity, including onboarding new customers and coordinating information.
*Record activities, feedback, and updates using internal CRM systems.
*Take ownership of small projects, tasks, and improvements to enhance customer experience.
*Support meetings, events, and conferences when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
*A calm, composed approach to problem-solving and complaint handling.
*Ability to work with people at all levels.
*Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is a big advantage).
*A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
*Good organisational skills and the ability to follow processes accurately.
*Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support (5+ years desirable).
*Qualifications such as GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above) or customer service NVQs are beneficial but not essential.
