Family Solicitor


Our client a family run firm of solicitors established in 2010 are recruiting for a Family Solicitor . To join there highly successful Private Family team on a full -time permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a Family Solicitor who is ambitious and keen to grow and develop their career.
The role will involve dealing with a full and mixed caseload of Private Family matters, you will be responsible for running and managing your own cases with appropriate supervision.
The role
*Divorce/ Dissolution of Civil Partnership
*Financial settlements and claims following the breakdown of a relationship
*Enforcement of Financial Orders
*Financial claims on behalf of a child
*Applications for Parental Responsibility
*Domestic abuse and family law injunctions
*Separation Agreements
*Pre or Post Nuptial Agreements
*Cohabitation Agreements
*Attending Essex courts
*Declarations of Trust and Agreements regarding how a property/ asset is owned
*You will be involved in some Legal Aid work
*Secretarial / administration support will be provided
The Candidate
*An ambitious Family Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE
*Ability to develop relationships with clients
*Ability to network and business development to maintain and develop work from both existing and potential clients
*Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
