Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are on the lookout for a part time Office Administrator for our well-established client based in Godalming. This is ideal for an organised and personable individual who enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations and being a key point of contact for colleagues and visitors.
The Role
You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will provide administrative support, coordinate facilities and office activities, and help create a professional and welcoming working environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers
*Providing general administrative support as required
*Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
*Coordinating meetings, events and office activities
*Maintaining office supplies, meeting rooms and facilities
*Liaising with external service providers and managing maintenance schedules
*Carrying out health & safety checks and ensuring compliance
*Supporting internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects
The ideal candidate
*Previous experience in an office administrative role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
*A professional and approachable manner
