The Role
We are recruiting a Partner Acquisition Manager to support the continued expansion of our client’s partner channel.
This role suits a proactive, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, converting and onboarding high-potential partners while managing a structured acquisition pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and engage prospective partners aligned to target profiles
*Build and manage a disciplined acquisition pipeline
*Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement
*Deliver compelling presentations and articulate the value proposition
*Manage onboarding and drive early partner activity
*Support partners through early-life success and initial performance
Skills & Experience
*Experience in sales, business development or partner acquisition
*Ideally from Energy/Utilities but not essential
*Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
*Confident presenter with objection-handling ability
*Structured, organised and pipeline-driven
*CRM experience preferred
*Positive, professional attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and growth oriented environment
