I am working with a school in Nottingham that is seeking a proactive and reliable PA to the Headteacher on a temporary, full-time basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
*Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher
*Managing the Head’s diary, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
*Drafting correspondence, preparing documents and handling confidential information
*Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents and external stakeholders
*Organising school events, meetings and preparing agendas/minutes
*Supporting with daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school
*Managing incoming communications and prioritising tasks effectively

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
*Previous school-based experience
*An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Excellent organisation skills and the ability to handle sensitive information
*Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
*A calm, professional and dependable approach
*Confidence to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
