Private Client Solicitor – Stoke
Are you a passionate Solicitor with experience in Wills, probate and estate planning? About the Role
As a Solicitor in the Private Client team, you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including:
*Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Managing estate administration and probate
*Advising on trusts for financial planning and residential care fee mitigation
*Supporting clients with Inheritance Tax planning
You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, embraces technology to improve efficiency and prioritises clear communication and exceptional client service.
You will have:
*A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
*1-4 years PQE, ideally within Private Client law
*Hands-on experience with Wills, LPAs and estates
*Familiarity with asset preservation trusts and estate planning strategies
*Strong communication and organizational skills
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
