Job Description:
Field Based Account Manager, Medical Equipment, South East, £40,000 Basic + £700 PCM car allowance + annual profit-related bonus typically of £5K to £6K per annum plus above average pension and holidays. This is an extremely rewarding Field-Based Account Management role with a market-leading manufacturer of specialist care equipment and medical devices. It is a highly consultative and non-pushy sales role that is better suited to an altruistic individual looking for a gratifying role rather than one with large bonuses.

Are you a passionate and experienced field sales professional looking for a truly rewarding role? This is a field based business development role with a market-leading manufacturer of specialist care equipment, and we’re searching for a Business Development Manager to join their team in the South East. The role is covering a large territory, so please be prepared for frequent nights away from home (fully expensed).
This isn’t a high-pressure, bonus-chasing job. It’s a highly consultative and non-pushy sales role that is perfect for someone who is driven by making a difference in the lives of others. You’ll focus on building long-term relationships and selling complex, life-changing products to a defined market. We are looking for a "field sales warrior" who thrives on being out on the road, managing a large pipeline, and proactively generating appointments. If you’re a self-motivated individual who loves the "buzz of sales" and wants to work for a growing company with huge potential, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
To apply you must live in the South East. We’re looking for someone with field sales experience, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a proven ability to manage their own time and diary. Experience with capital equipment sales is a plus, but being an outstanding field sales professional is the most important criteria.
