Resulting from continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transformation Project manager or Business Change Project Manager with experience of delivering on a variety of business transformation projects, including business change, people change and process change projects, to join a leading healthcare organisation, in a position with plenty of variety and responsibility
The successful Business Change Project Manager will need to be onsite a couple of days a week in Lincoln, with the remainder of the time spent working from home.
The Role
The Transformation Project Manager will play a pivotal role within my client’s multi-million-pound transformation programme, including the use of technology to enable change. The Transformation Project Manager will be involved from the very beginning of projects that will need to drive efficiency and a clear return on investment.
The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for project evaluation and definition, including estimating costings and resource requirements to create the necessary business case. Project responsibility/scope will not be limited to just delivery, but also process mapping and change, as well as test execution, user adoption and training. Once the projects have been defined and approved, the Transformation Project Manager will move into "delivery mode", communicating with and influencing key stakeholders to ensure that concurrent projects are delivered on-time and within budget, and that change is embedded and the business case benefits are fully realised.

What experience does the Transformation Project Manager need?
*Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering transformation projects involving significant amounts of business change, ideally within a healthcare organisation
*Demonstrable end-to-end project management experience, from project scoping and definition, through to delivery and adoption
*Experience of IT system implementation/migration projects would be advantageous
*Experience of successfully managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and third parties within a matrix management environment
*Strong people engagement skills, coupled with the drive, determination and influencing skills to keep projects on-track, and within timeframes
*Experience of working within formal methodologies – Prince2 and/or Agile.
