Job Description:
Excellent opportunity for an inspirational Nursing Care Manager to join a recently commissioned luxury nursing home. In this role you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead on clinical care across the home, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional, relationship-centred care
Key Responsibilities
*Support the Registered Manager with responsibility for clinical care
*Lead, develop and inspire the care and clinical team
*Support recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
*Ensure safe, effective and high-quality care planning and delivery
*Oversee medication management in line with NMC guidance
*Support audits, inspections and regulatory compliance
*Promote an open, honest and positive clinical culture
*Work collaboratively to deliver dignified, relationship-centred care
Requirements
*Registered Nurse with NMC registration
*Willing to work towards ILM Level 5
*Strong leadership experience in a clinical care setting
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*Commitment to high-quality, professional care
*Basic IT skills
Hours
*Contracted hours: Approx. 40-45 hours per week
*Typical pattern: Two long days + three shorter days (or equivalent)
*7-day rota: Monday-Sunday coverage
