?? We’re hiring: Service Charge Surveyor | Centre of Excellence | England

We’re looking for an experienced Service Charge Surveyor to support the Head of Service Charge Management in building a Centre of Excellence overseeing all service charges across our managed portfolio and the mobilisation of new assets.

This is a high-impact role with ownership across service charge budgeting, RICS compliance, year-end reconciliation, audits, and mobilisation/demobilisation. You’ll work closely with Property Management, Facilities Management, Surveyors, and external auditors to drive best practice and raise standards across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

*Managing service charge budgets and year-end packs across the portfolio
*Ensuring full RICS compliance and best practice
*Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors
*Reviewing leases and resolving service charge queries
*Partnering with FM, Property Management, and Surveying teams
*Supporting mobilisations, demobilisations, and service charge due diligence
*Helping establish a best-in-class Service Charge Centre of Excellence
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience in Service Charge Management
*Strong understanding of leases, service charge clauses, and RICS regulations
*Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and analytical
*Advanced Excel (variance analysis essential)
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
*Chartered Surveyor
*Experience with MRI Qube
*Ability to clearly explain financial concepts
