Job Description:
Role: Regional HR Advisor
Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours
Salary: £35,000 per annum
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Regional HR Advisor to join our clients People Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting managers across your region, providing professional HR guidance, and helping to create a positive, engaged and high-performing workforce.

What You’ll Do
*Act as the main HR point of contact for your region, supporting managers with day-to-day people matters.
*Provide clear, consistent guidance on employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.
*Support recruitment, workforce planning and talent development.
*Lead proactive attendance management and champion employee wellbeing.
*Contribute to HR projects, system improvements and organisational changes.
*Support engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture.
*Review and update HR policies, manage regulatory referrals, and ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
*Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance checks such as right-to-work and professional registrations.
What You’ll Bring
*Experience in a generalist HR role with strong employee relations exposure.
*Good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Confidence in coaching and supporting managers.
*A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage a varied workload.
