Full-time | Temporary | Immediate Start

I am working with a school in Nottingham that is seeking a proactive and reliable Science Technician on a temporary, full-time basis.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
*Supporting the delivery of science lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics Preparing, setting up and safely maintaining laboratory equipment and materials
*Ensuring all experiments follow health & safety procedures
*Organising and storing chemicals and apparatus securely
*Assisting teachers during practical sessions where required
*Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised lab environment
*Managing stock levels and ordering resources when needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
*Previous school-based or lab technician experience
*An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Strong organisation skills and the ability to work safely at all times
*Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills
*A calm, dependable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
*A solid understanding of lab safety procedures
