Are you a recent graduate in geology, earth sciences, environmental science, or a related field? This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with over 30 years of experience in the Ground Investigation industry. You’ll have a range of technically challenging projects to work on and be provided with career development opportunities, comprehensive training, and hands-on experience in engineering geology.
Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Geologist:
*Borehole logging, soil sampling, gas and groundwater monitoring
*Writing and reviewing factual and interpretive reports
*Supervision and execution of site investigations, including contaminated land risk assessments and Phase 1 Desktop Studies
*Recommending and implementing foundation and remediation designs

To be considered for the Graduate Geologist role, you must:
*Hold a degree in geology, geoscience, environmental science, earth sciences, or a similar subject
*Have a valid UK driving licence (travel to site is required)
*Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham
*Be enthusiastic to learn and work in both office and outdoor environments
*Be eligible to work in the UK
