Do you enjoy balancing strategic thinking with practical, hands-on HR delivery?
This is a visible, high-impact HR role within a fast-moving manufacturing environment where you will influence leaders, shape performance and stay close to operational delivery across the site.
We are partnering with a highly successful, award-winning manufacturing organisation in North Wales that is going through a period of growth and continued investment. They are seeking a HR Business Partner who can operate confidently at both strategic and operational level, supporting senior leaders onsite and strengthening performance, capability and culture across the business.
The Role
As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with operational and senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical and effective people solutions. Working within a manufacturing setting, you will balance strategic initiatives with hands on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
*Partnering with leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
*Driving performance, capability and succession planning initiatives
*Managing and advising on a wide range of employee relations matters
*Supporting change management and continuous improvement activity
*Leading engagement and development initiatives onsite
*Using HR data and insight to support informed decision making
*Collaborating with specialist HR teams including reward, learning and talent to deliver integrated solutions
*Providing day to day HR guidance to managers across operational teams
This role combines strategic input, project work and operational HR delivery, requiring someone who is comfortable moving between big picture thinking and practical implementation.
What We Are Looking For
We are keen to speak with HR professionals who have experience within manufacturing environments.
You may already be operating as a HR Business Partner, or you could be an experienced HR Manager/Generalist working at partnering level and ready for your next step.
Key requirements include:
*Experience supporting operational leaders within manufacturing
*Strong employee relations capability with experience managing complex cases
*Demonstrated involvement in performance management and workforce planning
*Confidence influencing and constructively challenging stakeholders
*CIPD Level 5 minimum, Level 7 desirable
*Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
About you
We are looking for someone proactive, resilient and outcome focused.
You will likely:
*Be naturally assertive and comfortable taking the lead
*Enjoy driving actions through to completion
*Balance business thinking with strong relationship building skills
*Thrive in collaborative and accountable environments
*Bring energy and pace while remaining approachable
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, visibility and responsibility within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
What’s on offer
*Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
*10% bonus
*Private healthcare
*10% employer pension contribution
*Plus a wider and comprehensive benefits offering
If you are ready to step into a role where your contribution is recognised and your impact is measurable, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
