Job Description:
R13 Recruitment are supporting a well-established retail business in their search for a Weekend Sales Consultant to join their store team based in Thetford. This role is essential in supporting weekend trade and requires someone confident working independently (once fully trained) when lone working is needed due to periods of annual leave and cover.
This role is offered part-time covering the essential weekend hours of: Saturday (9:00am – 5:30pm) and Sunday (10:00am – 4:00pm). The successful candidate can either choose to work these two days per week OR on a four day-pattern, working these weekend shifts and an additional two weekdays.
This role is offered on an hourly rate plus additional OTE made up of a personal commission (% of sales) and a performance-related bonus.

The day to day
*Delivering knowledgeable, professional and friendly service to all customers.
*Driving personal sales performance and contributing to store targets.
*Managing customer enquiries both in store and via telephone.
*Working independently in store once trained.
*Maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
*Processing transactions accurately and following cash handling procedures.
*Updating point-of-sale information and supporting promotional changes.
*Ensuring compliance with company procedures and data protection guidelines.
You will have / be
*Proven retail sales experience (essential).
*Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
*Confident working independently once trained.
*A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
*Reliable and flexible, with mandatory weekend availability.
*Professional, proactive and sales-driven.
