We’re looking for an experienced Youth Pathways Team Leader to lead a small team delivering an innovative new service supporting young people aged 18–25 who are out of work due to health-related barriers. Its a great charity to work for who have won awards for being a great employer.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage and develop a team while holding a small caseload yourself, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong outcomes.
*Lead and supervise a small team to meet targets and KPIs
*Monitor performance and provide coaching, mentoring and field support
*Manage a small caseload of young adults
*Support participants using structured action planning and CBT-informed techniques
*Build relationships with employers and local partners to create opportunities
*Ensure accurate recording, compliance and service quality
About you
*Experience managing performance and leading teams
*Background supporting young people or adults with mental health or complex barriers
*Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
*Outcome-focused, resilient and motivated
