Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor who is driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and rapidly expanding organization. You will be responsible for handling inbound client work, advising on mortgage and protection products, and developing new business opportunities through your network.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and advise clients from initial contact through to mortgage and protection product recommendations.
*Handle inbound calls and leads from new build and estate agency business partners.
*Collaborate with business partners to increase signed client numbers and enhance their financial services revenue.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers to drive business growth.
*Conduct client meetings via phone and Zoom, providing expert advice on suitable mortgage and protection options.
*Hand over completed cases to our administrative and sales progression teams, ensuring smooth progress to exchange and completion.
*Self-generate additional business through effective networking and client relationship management.
Requirements:
*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
*2-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor (applications from new or inexperienced advisors will not be considered).
