Description
The Construction Partner will be:
* Working on complex contentious or non contentious construction matters
* Managing and developing an existing caseload of high value work
* Playing a key role in business development and winning new instructions
* Growing your own client relationships and pipeline
* Mentoring junior lawyers within the team
** Contributing to the strategic growth of the national construction practice
Profile
The Construction Partner should be / have;
* Currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Solicitor ready for Partnership
* Experienced in either contentious or non contentious construction matters
* Commercially astute with a strong track record in business development
* Able to demonstrate an existing client following or clear plan to build one
Job Offer
*salary ranging from £150,000 to £200,000.
