About the Role: Trainee IFA
It is seeking a motivated and personable Trainee IFA to join our growing team. You will start as a paraplanner and progress to a fully qualified IFA with our support.

Industry Experience: Minimum 4 years in financial services, with at least 2 years working alongside an IFA/Paraplanner or in a similar role

Trainee IFA - Key Responsibilities:
*Initially supporting advisers who wish to pass on their clients/leads, you will undertake research, prepare suitability reports, create financial plans and client reviews.
*Engage with clients to understand their goals and build strong relationships
*Working towards becoming a qualified IFA and managing your own / passed over client bank.
Trainee IFA - Qualifications:
*Ideally Diploma qualified

Trainee IFA - Salary & Benefits:
