Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
Location: Liverpool | Hybrid Working (3 days from home)

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping the firm’s finances accurate, compliant and running smoothly.
Day to day, you’ll:
*Manage and allocate client funds in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules
*Process CHAPS, BACS and Faster Payments
*Prepare and issue cheques
*Maintain accurate financial records and audit trails
*Monitor residual balances in line with SRA requirements
*Respond to internal finance queries
*Support cash flow and reconciliation processes
What we’re looking for
*Experience working as a Legal Cashier or in a legal finance team
*Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
*Confidence in processing electronic payments
*Good Excel skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
