Regional Sales Manager – North WestLeading UK Drinks Wholesaler (On-Trade Specialist)
Salary up to £55,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Are you passionate about the on-trade drinks industry and ready to take the next step in your career? I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced on-trade Sales Manager to join a leading UK drinks wholesaler covering the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build and lead a brand-new team within a growing and ambitious business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment and have a strong track record in beer keg and on-trade drinks sales, we want to hear from you.
The Role*As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
*Develop, lead and inspire a newly established sales team
*Drive sales growth across the North West region within the on-trade
*Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
*Deliver commercial targets in a competitive, fast-paced market
*Support, coach and develop team members to maximise performance
*Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement regional strategy
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in driving sales performance.
About You
*We’re looking for a motivated, commercially driven individual who brings:
*Proven experience in beer keg sales
*On-trade drinks sales experience
*A strong track record of delivering results in a competitive sales environment
*Confidence in building long-term customer relationships
*Excellent communication and influencing skills
*Highly advantageous:
*Previous sales management or team management experience
*Experience working for a drinks wholesaler
*You’ll be energetic, relationship-focused and passionate about the drinks industry, with the drive to build something new and make a real impact.
