We are a busy, well-established beauty salon with a loyal and growing client base. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality treatments in a welcoming, professional environment. We are looking for a confident, experienced therapist to join our team and help maintain our excellent reputation and client care standards.
This is a key role within the salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full column of clients, maintaining high service standards, and assisting with the daily running of the salon including opening and closing procedures.


Main Responsibilities
*Providing high-quality beauty treatments to a full client column
*Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
*Managing appointments efficiently to maintain smooth daily operations
*Opening and closing the salon when required
*Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the salon
*Handling client enquiries (in person, phone, online booking system)
*Recommending and promoting retail products where appropriate
*Supporting general salon operations and working collaboratively with the owners


Experience & Requirements
*Minimum 1–2 years salon experience (preferred)
*Fully qualified in relevant beauty treatments (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
*Confident managing a busy column independently
*Strong time management and organisational skills
*Reliable, punctual and trustworthy (key holder responsibility may be required)
*Friendly, professional and client-focused
*Comfortable working independently at times
