The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join a Healthcare business who are passionate about changing the lives of patients and dedicated to supporting the NHS in overcoming the challenges they face.
In summary, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of their digital platforms within a digital marketing/e-commerce environment. This will include managing digital platforms, including: website management, Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, SEO, Google Ads, social media (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), apps (Apple & Google) and digital learning and development platforms.

You will be working at the Head Offices in Burton on Trent with hybrid working (2–3 days a week in the office).
Key Responsibilities
This role is mainly responsible for optimising digital platforms and leading a strong e-commerce strategy by providing a seamless experience for users, whilst aligning with the company’s strategic goals:
*E-Commerce Platform Management: Leads on the continuous optimisation of digital platforms through ensuring the online stores (B2B & B2C), websites and digital marketing platforms are functional, user-friendly, and up to date. You will work with the Global team, web developers and designers to maintain these platforms, improve the user experience (UX), and optimise the conversion rate, whilst overseeing the site’s content, ensuring product descriptions, images, and other content remain accurate and appealing.
*Product Management: Maintain and update the online product catalogue, ensuring accurate information and optimised listings. Analyse sales data to support growth.
*Digital Marketing and Sales Strategy: Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the platforms and convert visitors into customers, driving online sales to achieve revenue targets. This includes managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads, social media ads), SEO and potentially affiliate marketing whilst collaborating with the wider Marketing Team.
*Customer Experience: Enhance the online journey to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and acquisition, working closely with customer engagement teams.
*Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance, customer behaviour, and sales trends to optimise campaigns and report insights to senior marketing.
*Relationship Management: Working to influence and develop roll out of B2B/B2C platforms both locally and on a Global level to align digital efforts with company goals.
