Job Description:
Senior Planning Solicitor needed in West London Paying £37.35-£48.53ph ref 005485
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
*Advise planning officers and clients on major planning applications and redevelopment projects.
*Provide specialist advice on compulsory purchase orders and appropriation matters.
*Attend planning committees and licensing hearings, offering clear and strategic legal guidance.
*Support senior leadership with complex and high-value planning or property cases.
*Advise on legal risk management and compliance in relation to planning and property law.
*Represent clients in proceedings, public inquiries, appeals, and judicial reviews before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Tribunals.
