Nursery Practitioner (Temp to Perm) – Full Time or Term Time Only – 40 Hours
We are working on behalf of a fantastic private nursery who, due to an increase in pupil numbers, are looking to welcome a dynamic, committed Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to their team. This is a brilliant temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who wants long-term stability within a supportive early years setting.
The nursery has an exceptional outdoor learning culture, with a real emphasis on Forest School experiences, exploration and child-led learning. They are looking for someone who shares that energy and loves being outdoors.
What our client is looking for:
*Level 3 Nursery Qualification
*A strong work ethic and a proactive, positive attitude
*Bubbly, friendly, people-focused personality
*Confidence supporting children across EYFS
*SEND experience desirable, but not essential
*Someone who thrives in outdoor learning environments
*Reliability, professionalism and a genuine love for early years
*Immediate availability ideal, but the nursery will wait for the right person
