Job Description:
* Are you an organised and detail-driven administrator ready to make your mark in creative marketing?
As our Retail Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the Retail Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns and in-store communications across our network of 650+ shops and stores.
Your primary focus will be the coordination and administration of operations, ensuring that both day-to-day activities and projects run smoothly and efficiently. There may also be opportunities for you to contribute to selected marketing initiatives, enabling you to further develop.
From developing engaging internal communications and working closely with suppliers and field teams, to maintaining essential marketing resources and analysing campaign performance, your work will be instrumental in driving our success. As part of a supportive, driven team, you’ll have the chance to grow your skills, gain valuable insights into retail marketing, and build lasting professional relationships.
This role is well suited to someone who is skilled administrator who enjoys organising, communicating clearly, and supporting a busy team. You’ll gain exposure to retail marketing while playing an important role in supporting BHF’s mission of a world where everyone has a healthier heart for longer.
About You
As our ideal candidate, you bring experience of coordinating projects and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as is good understanding and experience of working with and managing budgets.
A team player with a friendly, confident and professional manner, you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.?
We value creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning. Good attention to detail and a high level of numeracy is important, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.
Working arrangements
6-month fixed term or internal secondment opportunity from start date. Start date ASAP.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
As part of your role, there will also be occasional UK-travel to visit shops and stores.
