Hours: (e.g., Monday–Friday, 11:30am–1:30pm)

About the Role
We’re looking for a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic Midday Meal Supervisors to help create a positive lunchtime experience for our pupils. You’ll support children in the dining hall and playground, promote good behaviour, and ensure the lunchtime period runs smoothly and safely. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervising pupils during lunch in the dining hall, classrooms, and outdoor play areas
*Encouraging healthy eating and assisting pupils when needed
*Promoting positive, inclusive play and friendly interactions
*Providing minor first-aid support and reporting concerns appropriately
*Upholding school behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times
*Supporting the smooth and safe running of the lunchtime period
Requirements
*Enhanced DBS check (already hold one or happy to obtain one)
*Experience working within a school setting or with children
*Warm, patient, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
