Block Property Manager
Central London | £40,000.00- £45,000.00
A prestigious, long-established Central London property company is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join its highly regarded Property Management team.
This role will see you take ownership of a prime portfolio of residential blocks and mixed-use assets across some of London’s most sought-after locations. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients and leaseholders, oversee service charge budgets, manage major works (including Section 20), ensure full H&S and Building Safety compliance, and work closely with facilities and accounts teams to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
We’re looking for someone with 2–3+ years’ block management experience, strong commercial awareness (mixed-use exposure advantageous), and a polished, professional approach suited to a high-end client base.
What’s on offer:
£40,000–£47,000 salary (DOE), 25 days holiday + BH, pension contribution, training support, health cash plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.
