We are seeking a dynamic HR Change Specialist to join our client’s HR Portfolio Management Team on an interim basis to support portfolio wide change initiatives. This role demands a seasoned change practitioner with strong business and HR acumen, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge HR Operating Model and Ways of Working Implementation.
The successful candidate will work with our Change and Communications Leads, engage stakeholders across all levels, and ensure the seamless adoption of HRIS systems, culture transformation initiatives, and digital solutions. You will work at the intersection of people, process, and technology, bringing a consultative mindset and agile approach to support future-ready HR functions.
Responsibilities
*End-to-end HR transformation change initiatives with a strong focus on engagement strategies.
*Drive organizational change strategies, including culture transformation, executive coaching, and agile change management across our HR Evolution.
*Partner with HR lead to assess and optimize processes, improve workforce planning, and embed a digital-first mindset.
*Develop and deliver tailored change & communications training, and engagement strategies in partnership with our Enterprise Head of Change and VP Internal Comms.
*Leverage agile and MSP methodologies to manage complex transformation projects.
*Provide strategic coaching and facilitation to leadership teams during times of significant change.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Learning, and Business leadership to ensure transformation alignment.
