Job Description:

We are looking for a Solutions Design Lead who thrives on change. This high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to own the entire lifecycle, from the first data set to the final go live.
The Role:
*Salary: £75,000+ Package
*Work Type: Remote
*Focus: End-to-End Solutions, CI Rollouts, and Large-Scale Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the execution of complex solutions projects across functional teams and external vendors to ensure operational viability in real-world environments.
*Responsible for the deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks across warehouse and transport networks.
*Utilising Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, you will drive the transition of underperforming sites into operational benchmarks.
*Manage the end-to-end journey from initial network modelling and site assessments to the physical integration of Robotics, Automation, and WMS/TMS platforms.
*Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive stakeholders.
*leverage data analytics and financial modelling to develop rigorous business cases for multi-million-pound CAPEX investments.
*Spearhead major tender responses and manage P&L activity, ensuring all proposed solutions are innovative, commercially viable, and scalable.
Ideal Candidate :
*A deep understanding of warehouse design, automation, and transport integration, with the ability to navigate the interdependence’s within a global supply chain.
*Extensive experience managing complex technical integration’s and "Go-Live" phases for WMS and automated platforms across the UK and Europe.
*A proactive approach to operational health. You focus on implementing sustainable systems and preventative processes rather than short-term fixes.
*Highly skilled in managing complex stakeholder relationships and guiding specialist teams through the nuances of large-scale business transformation.
