Classroom Teaching Assistant - Reception (TA/LSA/LSP)
Hemel Hempstead | Full-Time | Start Date: 23rd February (After Half-Term)
Pay: £90-£100 per day | Paid Weekly

Tradewind Recruitment is proud to partner with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, who are seeking a dedicated Classroom Teaching Assistant to support Reception classes from 23rd February (after the February half-term).
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working across Early Years as a general TA/LSA/Learning Support Practitioner, supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in the classroom.

The Role * Full-time Classroom Teaching Assistant role within Reception
* General classroom support as a TA/LSA/LSP
* Working alongside the class teacher to support learning activities and routines
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support where needed, including for pupils with additional needs
* Helping to create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
* Playing an active part in school life and contributing to a positive school culture
This Role Would Suit * Teaching Assistants, LSAs, LSPs, or childcare practitioners with experience in Early Years
* Candidates who have worked in Nursery or Reception settings
* Individuals who enjoy being part of a supportive, collaborative team
* Those seeking a full-time role in a friendly school where staff wellbeing is valued
