Senior Payroll Advisor – Warwick | £40,000 | Progression into Management Location: Warwick (3 days per week in-office)

Trinity House Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking, fast-growing business, for a Senior Payroll Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong, ambitious payroll professional (CIPP-qualified or working towards) who is eager to develop their career into payroll management.

Key Responsibilities: *Accurately process complex payrolls for multiple clients
*Handle and resolve payroll queries with technical precision
*Act as a trusted payroll adviser for clients
*Identify and implement process improvements
*Support and mentor junior payroll staff with a view to career progression into management
What We’re Looking For: *CIPP qualified (or actively working towards)
*Proven senior payroll experience with strong technical expertise
*Ability to handle complex payroll scenarios and solve problems efficiently
*Ambitious, hardworking, and keen to develop skills for management progression
*Excellent client-facing communication skills
*Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative team player
