We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Cambridge They are recruiting for a Technology Trainer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Delivering training sessions on the use of the firm’s information systems
*Running larger scale sessions at teams meetings or events
*Delivering 1:1 training sessions, when needed
*Providing training and support to internal clients
*Designing training courses
*Preparing training material
*Assist with training related service desk tickets
*Mentor new and existing team members
*Being a subject matter expert for M365
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience in a similar role
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Experience delivering training session to a diverse audience
*A commitment to continuous learning
*Experience working as part of a team
*Strong problem solving skills
*Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365
