Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to provide clear financial insight, support decision-making, and drive performance. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver meaningful analysis, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability. Your work will help shape both short-term actions and long-term strategy.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, with a strong analytical mindset and a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong financial modelling skills are essential, as is the ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
