Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 Early Years

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract: 30 hours/week | Monday to Friday (Part time hours considered)
Hours: 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Closed on bank holidays

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced early years professional who is:
*Level 3 qualified in Early Years (full & relevant)
*Experienced working within a children’s day nursery
*Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
*Knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection procedures
*Passionate about building positive, trusting relationships with families
*Committed to delivering high quality, child led learning and care
Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
*Level 3 Early Years qualification
*Act as a Key Person, supporting each child’s learning and development
*Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
*Work closely with parents and carers to support children holistically
*Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
*Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and uphold Ofsted standards
