Job Description:
Meraki Talent are excited to bring to market, a newly created opportunity with our client, a leading UK based organisation to recruit a Cost Control Analyst.
The role will be based in Edinburgh and will work with key internal stakeholders, both locally and globally.
The role reports to a Head of Finance, ensuring the production and integrity of cost control and reporting - the role will also have scope across:
*Analyse monthly cost, revenue and debtors
*Entity reporting compliant with UKGAAP
*P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, with production of commentary on any movements
*GL reconciliation review and accruals
*Key stakeholders for client legal entities
*Manage and build relationships across multiple finance teams
*Actively promote and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
This is an exciting time to join this team, that will be going through a number projects and migration initiatives and will suit someone with confidence to develop and manage key relationships both internally and externally.
Ideally, you will have experience of larger corporate organisations, possibly financial services. Having a background of accounting and good understanding of financial control.
This is a contract (12months) and will have good scope to develop into a permanent position.
