This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically strong solicitor/conveyancer who is looking to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation and consistent workflow.

Role: Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000

Key Responsibilities:
*You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
*Generate new business for the Conveyancing team.
*Managing compliance requirements of caseloads and ensuring adherence to company policy.
Key Requirements:
*A qualified Solicitor/Conveyancer or equivalent (ideally 3+ PQE, although all levels will be considered).
*Have strong experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
*Are looking to contribute to the continued growth of a reputable local firm.
