Staff are part of a close-knit team that values compassion, independence, and community connection.
Shift Pattern
*Early Shifts: 7am-2.30pm
*Late shifts: 2.30pm-10pm
*Night cover may also be required
*Full flexibility required, including weekends
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting individuals with daily living and personal goals
*Encouraging independence and community involvement
*Providing emotional and practical support
*Collaborating with a close-knit, caring team
