*Experience as a nursery assistant or early years practitioner/experience working in the early years (nursery/reception)

*A love for the outdoors and being active
*A genuine love for early years education and a nurturing attitude
*A solid understanding of child development and learning through play
*The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and carers
*Energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude
