Military Personal Injury Solicitor, NQ–3 Years PQE, Cardiff / Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE) –Build your legal career with a firm that values excellence. JOB REF:2844
THE ROLE:
• This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team specialising in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence where failures in duty of care have resulted in illness or avoidable injury.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of military-related matters to include military deafness, cold and heat injuries and other service-related illnesses and injuries
• With a varied and rewarding caseload, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact—particularly through handling military deafness claims.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Military Personal Injury Solicitors with up to 3 years’ PQE and claimant litigation experience.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Experience in noise-induced hearing loss cases would be advantageous.
