Description
As Vice President of Customer Support within the Transaction Banking division, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality, efficient client support services across EMEA. Your remit will include:
*Leading and developing the Customer Support team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
*Optimising customer service processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
*Managing escalations and resolving critical client issues swiftly and professionally
*Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and IT teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
*Enhancing customer satisfaction scores and driving initiatives that elevate service standards
*Monitoring KPIs and reporting regularly to senior management
*Ensuring all client communications and documentation adhere to internal policies and compliance requirements
*Supporting deposit growth, retention, and cross-sell initiatives across the Transaction Banking offering
*Working closely with global counterparts to ensure alignment and best-practice sharing
*This role plays a key part in strengthening the bank’s Transaction Banking franchise and supporting its ambitious expansion across EMEA.
Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
*5-10 years’ experience in customer support within financial services, ideally transaction banking
*Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
*Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
*Experience delivering process improvements in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
*Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven performance management
*A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across business areas
*Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
