Description
As VP within the Transaction Banking Promotion Team, you will play a central role in expanding the bank’s cash management and transaction services offering across EMEA. Key responsibilities include:
*Driving deposit growth and transaction banking profitability across an assigned portfolio.
*Understanding end-to-end client business flows and promoting cash management solutions including bank connectivity tools, interface solutions, FX, and deposits.
*Partnering closely with front office teams to cultivate new customer relationships and capture transaction opportunities.
*Acting as the central point of contact for queries from clients, front office, and back office, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
*Representing the team in internal meetings, sharing updates and insights with stakeholders across planning, product, IT, and operations.
*Leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the client experience across the Transaction Banking platform.
Profile
The ideal VP candidate will bring:
*Strong experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking.
*A track record of managing corporate client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
*Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence across departments.
*Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
*Experience with international cash management tools and digital connectivity solutions is highly advantageous.
*Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Japanese) are beneficial but not essential.
