Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Field Service Representative on behalf of our valued client. This Field Service Representative opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Field Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting clients on-site, representing the business across the South of England, and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role*Visiting customer sites across the South of England to provide on-site support and service
*Acting as a key, customer-facing representative of the business, building strong and professional relationships
*Delivering product/service demonstrations, basic training, troubleshooting and aftercare support
*Managing your own diary and schedule, ensuring timely visits and efficient route planning
*Completing visit reports, maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Liaising closely with the office-based team in Ashford to coordinate appointments and resolve customer queries
*Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and service at every visit
About You*Experience in a field-based, customer-facing role (field service, account management, or similar desirable)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident dealing with customers at all levels
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload and travel schedule
*Full UK driving licence (essential) and comfortable with regular travel across the South of England
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/Database systems to record activity and updates
*Professional, proactive, and able to represent the business positively on client sites
