Job Description:
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Telesales Executive on behalf of our valued client.
This Telesales opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, energetic and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Telesales Executive, you’ll play a key role in generating new business, nurturing warm leads, and contributing to the overall success of the sales function.
About the Role*Making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers
*Following up on warm leads and maintaining regular customer contact
*Building strong rapport to understand client needs and promote suitable products/services
*Managing and updating CRM systems with accurate call notes and outcomes
*Working closely with the wider sales team to hit KPIs and sales targets
*Delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating a confident, professional approach at all times
About You*Experience in telesales, call centre, or phone-based customer service roles
*Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
*Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to achieve results
*Organised, with great attention to detail and CRM/database experience
*Positive, proactive and able to work effectively in a busy, team-focused environment
