We’re hiring: Account/Business Development Manager
Reading | Hybrid working after probation
Up to £40k basic + 25% bonus
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving growth, and delivering a brilliant customer experience — without being stuck in a hard-sell role.
You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success, owning relationships from onboarding through to renewal, while also generating new opportunities through smart, data-driven prospecting.
