Head of Finance - High-Growth, Multi-site, Property/Hospitality Business
Are you a strategic, commercially minded finance leader ready to shape the financial future of a fast-growing organisation? I am searching somebody ready to step into a Head of Finance position - joining a dynamic, multi-site business on an exciting growth trajectory.
In this role, you’ll be the financial heartbeat of the organisation - partnering with senior leaders, driving strategic decisions, and building a best-in-class finance function rooted in integrity, transparency, and sustainable performance.
What you’ll lead:
*Group-wide financial strategy, partnering with the executive team to drive long-term success
*High-quality reporting across P&L, cashflow, and Board-level insights
*Governance, compliance and audit excellence across a diverse, expanding portfolio
*Continuous improvement, automation, and the development of a high-performing finance team

*Proven experience in senior finance leadership within a multi-site or high-growth environment
*Strong technical expertise across FP&A, cashflow, consolidated reporting, and compliance
*A strategic mindset with the confidence to influence at the highest level
